Jim Gibbs - CEO
Mr. Gibbs brings 35 years of distinguished leadership and expertise to the aerospace industry, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Kansas Modification Center.
Jim began his career with Boeing Wichita, where he held a foundational ten-year tenure.
After leaving Boeing Wichita, Jim founded Gibbs Machine and Tool to help deliver innovative solutions for complex manufacturing challenges. Through strategic mergers and acquisitions, he successfully scaled the business to offer advanced high-speed machining, manufacturing, and assembly services.
In 2020, Jim found Dynamic N/C, where over an 11-year period he grew the company to 150 employees and drove annual revenues toward $70 million before retiring from the firm in 2020.
Following his retirement, Mr. Gibbs established the Kansas Modification Center, to spearhead the development and execution of the Boeing 777-300ERCF passenger-to-freighter aircraft conversion program.
